AEI's new YTC-2000 Tension-Motion Sensor System retains the proven,core fundamentals from our previous Tension/Motion systems,including the electro-magnetic additive tensioner,motorized cleaning and integrated motion-sensor stop motion.
And the YTC-2000 System is packed with new features and functionality that deliver new user benefits.Post-to-post tension control improves yarn-tension uniformity and simplifies set-up.A new photo-optic motion sensor boosts efficiency and speeds response time.An operator touch-screen interface and advanced software enable quick,comprehensive style set-up and optimization of results.
Designed for simple installation or retrofit,the YTC-2000 System reduces start-up costs in new or existing creels applications.Versatile and flexible, the YTC-2000 can be applied to an extraordinary range of textile yarns and yarn sizes, producing warp sets for exceptional weaving and superior warp knitting.
In every application the YTC-2000 will identify the end,confirm the end count and provide signal for bad package,with exceptional speed, accuracy and reliability.
